We manufacture and inspect all of our products to a very high quality standard, and are very fastidious about the quality of every item we ship.  However, there's always a chance we missed something (we are human, after all!)


How to Get a Replacement / Refund


If you believe you've received a defective item, send an email to support@standardspoon.com with a description and photo of the defect/damage.  Please indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund, and we'll do our best to get beautiful barware back into your hands!

If you've been using and enjoying one of our tools for a while and it breaks during normal use, check out our Lifetime Guarantee to get a replacement (glass items excepted).
