Product Defects


We manufacture and inspect all of our products to a very high quality standard, and are very fastidious about the quality of every item we ship.  However, there's always a chance we missed something (we are human, after all)


Replacement / Refund


If you believe you've received a defective item, send an email to support@standardspoon.com with a description and photo of the defect/damage.  Please indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund, and we'll ensure you quickly have beautiful barware back in service.


Lifetime Guarantee


If you've been using and enjoying one of our tools for some time and it breaks during normal use, it may be covered under our Lifetime Guarantee (glass items excepted).
