Shipping & Fulfillment

If you backed or pre-ordered a Napier Jigger on Kickstarter, Backerkit, or Indiegogo - thank you! We use crowdfunding and pre-orders to develop and iterate on barware design in collaboration with our customers.

The Napier Jigger is scheduled to ship to all backers by the end of November. Backers will receive their shipments prior to other pre-sales on our website.

You will receive a tracking number at the email address used for your pre-order once your reward has shipped. Please allow 6-9 business days (domestic) and 7-14 days (international) for delivery.

Exceptions:

If you pre-ordered a Silver or 24K Gold Jigger, these items are going through secondary plating processes late Nov/early Dec, and will be shipped with any add-on rewards once they are ready.

If you did not complete a survey, provide a shipping address, or correct an errored payment, delivery of your jiggers will be delayed until we receive the information needed to send your rewards.

All backers should have been receiving project updates sent to the email address used on the respective crowdfunding platform where you pre-ordered. If you haven't received a survey, address confirmation, or updates, please check your email spam folders.
